ROYALS
The Juan de Fuca Royals club is for low-intermediate to intermediate swimmers. These swimmers practice up to 2 hours per week in the winter and more in summer. In winter these swimmers may compete but it is considered part of their practice time. There is an extensive practice and competition schedule in the summer. Home for the team is the Juan de Fuca pool.

- Wednesday: 6:00 - 7:30 a.m.
- Thursday: 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
- Friday: 6:00 - 7:30 a.m.
- Saturday: 6:00 - 7:30 a.m.

- Wednesday: 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Swimmers should arrive 15 minutes early to stretch before any practice session.
